Mimi and Poppy Visit

Wayne and Jolene visited in early November and, as always, we had a lot of fun hanging out with them.  I'm so glad Alana has gotten to spend so much time with them, especially considering the distance between Nashville and Akron.  I know it's not an easy trip to make from Ohio, but Mimi and Poppy have been consistent with their visits and we are thankful.  This time, Alana recognized them so quickly, that she immediately became giddy with excitement.  There was no shortage of attention and spoilage and Alana soaked it in.  She also received a lot of nice gifts - a really cute outfit and lots of German books.  Some of them are bilingual books and some are completely German.  Jolene even thought to buy books for different ages, so Alana can grow into some of them. Thank you, Mimi and Poppy!  We love you!
